Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, reporting to law enforcement, and legal action.

• •Violating the privacy rights of individuals
• •Doxing or publishing private information without consent
• •Stalking, harassment, or unwanted surveillance
• •Bypassing platform privacy settings or access controls

2.3 Malicious or Harmful Activities

• •Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
• •Phishing, social engineering, or credential harvesting
• •Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
• •Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• •Network scanning, vulnerability testing, or exploitation without authorization

2.4 Spam and Abuse

• •Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• •Automated posting, commenting, or engagement farming
• •Creating fake accounts or artificially inflating metrics
• •Manipulating algorithms or engagement systems
• •Mass following/unfollowing or other inauthentic behavior

2.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• •Infringing copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• •Distributing pirated or counterfeit content
• •Using our services to facilitate copyright infringement

2.6 Deceptive Practices

• •Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or entities
• •Spreading misinformation, disinformation, or fake news at scale
• •Manipulating elections or political processes
• •False advertising or deceptive marketing practices

3. Platform Terms of Service

You must comply with the Terms of Service of all platforms you scrape or access through our API:

• •Respect robots.txt files and platform rate limits
• •Do not circumvent technical protection measures
• •Only access publicly available data unless properly authorized
• •Ensure your use case complies with platform policies

4. Technical Abuse

You may not abuse our infrastructure or attempt to circumvent service limitations:

• •Exceeding rate limits or circumventing usage restrictions
• •Sharing API keys or credentials with unauthorized parties
• •Creating multiple accounts to evade limits or bans
• •Reverse engineering or decompiling our software
• •Using our services to build competing products
• •Excessive resource consumption that degrades service for others

We will review appeals promptly and provide a response within 5 business days. Our decision on appeals is final.
